For this feasibility study on the remodelling of a large commercial site in High Street Kensington, Nick Hancock Design Studio proposed to modernise and the existing office spaces and reconnect them with the surrounding area.
As well as remodelling the entrance, which is currently through a car-park, we identified a range of strategies for extending the accommodation for residential, leisure or commercial purposes. We also proposed simple but effective solutions for refurbishing the interior spaces and improving the buildings’ energy efficiency.
